Shipping & Returns


Shipping

All bags will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the U.S. and via First Class Airmail for international orders. All t-shirts, sweatshirts, pullovers and skirts will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within the U.S. and internationally.  We ship in 1-3 business days after receiving payment.  If you would like to make any other shipping arrangements, please contact us.

*We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipment. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us before making your purchase.

*International customers are responsible for all customs and taxes associated with the shipment of items. All items will be declared as "merchandise;" unfortunately they cannot be declared as gifts.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to work with you if there is a problem.

For returns, we can offer a full refund of the item price if the item is returned in its original condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the return is due to an error of our own.

Exchanges may be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and additional shipping is paid for the item you would like to exchange it for.
